Hacienda Las Chapas is an urbanization with 24 hour security located east of Marbella, near Elviria. Marbella is about 10 min. by car and Puerto Banus about 15 min.
The house is divided into three levels:
Ground floor: at the entrance level there is a spacious lounge, bar and separate dining room, with access to a large terrace with views of the garden, pool, pine trees and the sea in the background. The modern kitchen, a guest toilet and an office.
On the upper floor: there are two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; the master bedroom has access to the terrace with sea views.
On the lower floor: at the garden level there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite, as well as a guest apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
In the pool area there is a jacuzzi and a toilet with shower. The garden surrounding the house has a steep slope, so only one part can be used.
